Registration Procedures
New Life Assembly Academy is an equal opportunity provider of childcare services. Applications for enrollment are accepted without regard to race, religion, sex or national origin. New Life Assembly Academy will consider every child.
New Life Assembly Academy is a year-round full time preschool. Applications are accepted throughout the year for placement in a classroom (based on space availability) or on a waiting list. All children are admitted conditionally on a two (2) month trial period.
Applications for registration for the next school year will occur during the Summer of the preceding school year. A two-week period of priority enrollment for enrolled summer Preschool children and other continuing New Life Assembly Academy students will take place before New Life Assembly Academy will accept new applications.
To register for a classroom space, an application package must be completed. The Registration Fee must be paid at the time of enrollment, if applicable. This fee is to cover the costs for enrollment processing, initial supplies, snacks, Library Trip (K3 & K4), as well as curriculum your child will need in the school program.
If a child is withdrawn during the school year and is re-enrolled during the same school year, the child is considered a new student and a new registration fee is paid at re-enrollment.
The following forms must be completed prior to enrollment:
- All Application Forms & Registration Fee – new and returning students.
- Immunization Records and Physical - new students and returning students whose forms may have expired.
- Signed acknowledgement that the parent/guardian has read the New Life Assembly Academy Preschool Parent Handbook.
